It’s very important to me to promote something that works: I have been estrogen dominant for most of my adult life which has included ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries, growths on the cervix, male pattern hair loss, painful breasts, joint pain and hypermobile joints and since age 25 I’d go years at a time without a period. I was aware that the US food system and other pollutants contributed to this situation but I didn’t know how I could counter these effects. I was very excited to find this product. My recent symptoms were: polycystic ovaries, perpetually painful breasts, hypermobile and painful joints, a lot of trouble falling asleep and sleeping fitfully, and no period for the last year (I am 36 years old). I decided to try 2 months on this product (2 menstrual cycles) and see if it worked. I took one at lunch and one at dinner. This is my report: Within 3 days I was falling asleep easily and waking up feeling rested, my breasts stopped being swollen and painful, my joints stopped hurting as much and didn’t seem so “loose” and my mood seemed more “balanced”. After the first month I still had no period but today (end of 2nd month) I have my period!! I’m sure the pcos is reduced but I’d need an ultrasound to verify. I am very happy and I want to continue to take this product, it is a miracle! I have researched the food industry in detail and I can assure you every woman needs this product to defend against the pollutants and chemicals found in it these days. Thank you.

I am 46 years old and STILL suffer from cystic, hormonal acne. After reviewing a multitude of Dr. Berg’s videos, I bought a bunch of different products. My skin started clearing and I was starting to feel so much better! Unfortunately, I stopped buying a few products due to financial circumstances. All of a sudden, my face was breaking out again!! What I didn’t realize was that this product was the one that was clearing my skin. So, when I was able to purchase it again, I finally realized that YES, this product is the ONLY thing that is clearing my skin! Believe me, I have tried just about EVERY skin product and medication out there, from Doxycycline to Accutane, from ProActiv to Rodan & Fields (yes, I know, same people). I have tried OTC. I have tried prescription. I have tried organic. Other than light therapy (which I used 10 yrs ago & was VERY expensive), this is the only thing that I have found that works for me. I just pray it continues to work and it’s effectiveness doesn’t wear off!! So, I just wanted to let others know that, if they have cystic, hormonal acne like me, then they should definitely give this a try!P.S. I would post pics, but I’m too scarred at the moment. So, if anybody has a good fading cream, let me know!!

I have experience hot flashes for the last 2 1/2 years at least 5 to 10 a day. I took my first two pills of Dr. berg’s estrogen balance today I have not had one hot flash in the last 24 hours.! God bless you Dr. berg you are awesome!
