Dr. Berg’s Wheat Grass Superfood Powder – Raw Juice Organic Ultra-Concentrated Rich in Vitamins & Nutrients

I was looking for an alternative to preworkout. Want to limit the amount of unhealthy “crap” I put in my body. Wanted to take something that would give me energy and also process in my body safely. I’ve been taking Dr. Berg’s Wheat Grass powder for a a week now and I can saw I have no need to take an unhealthy preworkout again. My energy prior to my weight training is as great as it was with preworkout powders. The scent made me nervous because it smelled just like fresh cut grass but the taste was smooth just like advertised. It didn’t taste like berries but it wasn’t horrible either.

This product is what it describes to be, it was an authentic wheatgrass juice flavor and is very powerful at alkalizing the body. It gave me energy but not like a coffee jolt, more I feel a little more motivated to do these errands & then surprised at how much I got done. But that is only when I take it 3-4 hours after I’ve eaten, not like how they suggest on the label. My biggest issue is the container is much smaller then I expected for over $40 and there is so much settlement that it’s almost less then half full when you open the jar 🙂 my response it to feel ripped-off even though it may be a good product. Also, the label emphasises that1/2 teaspoon is a serving, it would have been nice if it included a scoop, there sure was enough room in the container.
