This is my first time buying and trying a Keto powder. All I can say is wow does this stuff work!!! Ive always struggled when it came to binge eating ice cream, donuts and sweets in general. I must admit I have deviated from the keto diet on sweets a few times since ive started it about 8 weeks ago. Since I discovered Giants Sports Keto Cheese Cake, I have not deviated from the plan one time! This product is probably the best shake I have ever tasted and the best part is it’s low carbs. It smells great and taste even better. I just mixed 1 scoop with 8oz of water in the morning and drank it as a snack after lunch and to me it was a little thicker after it sat in my shaker. I believe I liked it thicker! I will definitely be buying this product again.

This is one of the best Keto friendly shakes that I have tasted. Yum!! Low carb, no sugar and tastes just like cheesecake! I have made it up and then warmed it up and drank it that way with a little whip topping and I have frozen it and ate it like ice cream. You can add berries or any kind of fruit and blend it for a great smoothie. But it is great just on its’ own!!I bought the Dream Cycle Flavor in Jan. of 2020 and it is my new favorite flavor. I make my morning smoothie with it.
